Pricelist (EUR) 2024.

• In the price are included the visitor’s tax, VAT, accommodation cost, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels for the bathroom, electricity, water and parking.
• For stays less than 4 nights the rental price is increased by 30%.
• Final cleaning of the apartment is additionally charged 40 EUR.
• Check-in from 13:00 – 18:00, check-out until 9:30.
• Please inform us of your possible arrival after 22:00. If you don’t inform us on time about a delayed arrival, the accommodation will be at your disposal until midnight on your arrival date, after which time we cannot guarantee accommodation. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved dates, the regular price will be charged. Payments for any unused services will not be refunded.
• On arrival date, guests must have valid travel documents for check-in purposes. The documents will be returned on the day of check-in and after the payment of the remaining amount of the invoice for the reserved dates.
• Animals are not allowed. 

Terms of payment

For a reservation to be confirmed an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the invoice needs to be paid by bank transfer. The reservation only becomes valid after the receipt of the advance payment. We are sending payment details after we have accepted your reservation.

The rest of the payment can be made:
a) bank transfer (the same bank account) 15 days prior to arrival
b) in cash on the day of arrival

All bank transfer costs are split (each party is paying the fees of their own bank).

Reservation cancellation conditions

1. Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: refund of half (50%) of the account payment or a voucher in half of the amount paid (50%) valid for a future reservation in the current or the next year.
2. From 29 days up to the day of arrival or “no show”: no refund will be made.

We recommend to contract an insurance policy for the reservation cancellation risk.

COVID-19 flexible cancellation terms (in case the travel is restricted due to the pandemic)

Travel restrictions are considered: tourist cross-border travel not allowed or quarantine required at the time of booking cancellation.

1. Up to 15 days before the day of arrival: refund of the full amount (100%) of the account payment or a voucher in the full amount paid (100%) valid for a future reservation until the end of 2022.
2. From 14 up to the day of arrival: a voucher of 90% of the amount paid valid for a future reservation until the end of 2022.
